Pool Closures
The Aquatics Supervisor or the Manager of Aquatics may close the pools under the following conditions:
| • An electrical storm | •Attendance drops below 50 guests or is severely reduced |
| • Severe weather conditions | • Mechanical difficulties and pool maintenance |
| • Air temperature drops below 70 degrees |
Re-entry & Refunds
Guests may leave and re-enter the park as needed throughout the day. Re-entry will be granted with a hand stamp obtained at the main entrance on the way out. Guests must show a hand stamp or day-of receipt to return.
Refunds will not be issued for daily admissions, due to inclement weather.
• If the pool closes within three hours of a guests' arrival, guest will receive a rain check to return any day within the current season. To receive a rain check to return, daily admission guests will need to show their day-of admissions.
• If the pool closes after guests have been in attendance for longer than three hours, they may return the same day only if the aquatic center re-opens. To re-enter daily admission guests will need to show their day-of daily admissions receipt.
The Village of Orland Park reserves the right to close the aquatic center or feature due to low attendance, staffing, safety of patrons and/or poor weather conditions.
