Application Requirements
The following is needed to apply for permit:- Completed Exterior Window and Door Replacement - Rules and Regulations
- Contractor's information
- The total cost of work
- The permit fee is $95.00 for Residential, fees start at $95.00 for Multi-Family/Commercial.
A permit is required to replace windows and/or exterior doors. A permit is not needed to replace a storm door (aka screen door).

A final inspection will be required upon completion of the work. Please submit an inspection request. Inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
