Permit Requirements
A permit is required to install or replace a skylight.
The permit fee is $95.00 for Residential, starting at $95.00 for Commercial.
The following is needed to apply for permit:
- Completed permit application Residential / Commercial
- Exterior Window and Door Replacement - Rules and Regulations
- Contractor's information, if one is being used
- Total cost of work

Inspections
A final inspection will be required upon completion of work. Inspection requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Complete an inspection request. Final inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
