Application Requirements
The following is needed to apply for permit:
- Total cost of work
- Permit fee is $95.00 for Single Family Residential, starts at $90.00 for Multi-Family/Commercial
- Homeowner's Affidavit should be completed if the homeowner will be doing any work themselves.

Inspections Required
A final inspection will be required upon completion of work. Inspection requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance. Please complete an inspection request. Final inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
