Regulations

Per the Land Development Code, Section 6-304-C.9, nonresidential seasonal outdoor storage is permitted on parcels that have a minimum area of 25,000 square feet and a minimum road frontage of 250 feet.

• Storage containers shall be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the nearest street right of way.
• A drawing of the location of the storage container(s) must accompany any request for seasonal outdoor storage.
• The maximum length of the permit shall be six months in any single year.
• Not more than 10% of the required parking spaces may be used for the seasonal outdoor storage
