Application Requirements

The following items are required at the time of application:

• Completed permit applications:
  • Plumbing Permit Application
    
  • Electric Permit Application
    
  • Mechanical Permit Application
• Digital plans showing the following are required:
  
  • Wall construction including lumber, spacing, drywall, etc.
  • Layout showing location of existing walls and layout showing proposed wall changes
  • Identification of all rooms to be remodeled
  • Any proposed changes to electrical or plumbing fixtures

Homeowner's Affidavit should be completed if the homeowner will be doing any work themselves.
