Lawn Sprinklers
Permit Requirements
A permit is required for installation of all lawn sprinklers.
The following is needed to apply for permit:
- Letter of Intent on Plumber's Letterhead with incorporated seal
- Completed Lawn Sprinkler Permit Rules and Requirements
- A recent copy of legal plat of survey showing placement of all sprinkler heads
- An RPZ installation requires an Illinois licensed plumber
- Permit fee $90.00 for Residential, $180.00 for Commercial
- All contractors shall be licensed and bonded with the Village of Orland Park
