Application Requirements

• A permit is required for all hot tubs.
• The permit fee is $95.00.
• Legible copy of a legal plat of survey showing existing building and setbacks to lot lines.
• If the hot tub will be part of a deck installation, a drawing must be submitted showing the location of the tub in the deck. See the deck permit page for further information.
• A self-latching or locking top is required for all hot tubs.
• Zoning Permit Application.
• Hot Tub Requirements Application.

Electrical Information

• A separate $90 electrical permit is required for hot tubs.
• All exterior lighting and outlets shall be ground fault protected.
