Contractors Information

Contractors are required to be licensed with the Village of Orland Park before any permits can be issued. The Contractors Application states what additional documents are needed. You will need to create an account in our Civic Access portal in order to apply.

If you have already been a registered contractor with the Village, DO NOT register with a new application. Please create your Civic Access account and email coi@orlandpark.org with the email you used to create your account so we can link it to the previous contractor registration.

 The Village of Orland Park is no longer requiring Certificates of Insurance.

• International Code Council - Standards Master Electrician (commercial) and Standard Residential Electrician
