Orland Park Police Department - Missing Man Located
Orland Park, IL (June 27, 2025) – The Orland Park Police Department regrets to report that Nicholas Klepac, age 26, reported missing on June 25, 2025, has been located deceased.
Nicholas was found on June 27, 2025, in a wooded area near 143rd Street and Southwest Highway by Orland Park Police Department Detectives. Preliminary findings by investigators indicate no foul play. Due to the location of the discovery, the investigation into the circumstances of Nicholas‘s death has been handed over to the Cook County Forest Preserve Police Department, which has jurisdiction over the area. There is no threat to public safety.
The Orland Park Police Department extends its deepest condolences to the Klepac family and loved ones during this difficult time. We kindly ask that the public and media respect the family’s privacy as they navigate their grief.
