The Village of Orland Park has partnered with Edwards Realty Company to enhance the Downtown Orland Park District Development and invites the public to attend an open house event to learn more about the proposed project. An open house event will be held on Tuesday, June 29 at 6 p.m. at the Orland Park Civic Center, located at 14750 S. Ravinia Avenue in Orland Park. Those who wish to participate remotely can do so via the Village’s YouTube channel. Edwards Realty Company will highlight the plans for the new development, as envisioned, to build a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use and modern destination for Orland Park residents to enjoy.
“Engaging the community is a vital step in the process to create a mixed-use development that will be an Orland Park destination for all,” said Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau. “We look forward to the residents of Orland Park contributing to the future of this area where residents and visitors will have greater access to premium retail, entertainment and dining opportunities.”
The Downtown Orland Park District is situated west and northwest of 143rd Street and LaGrange Road intersection. The District is anchored by the 143rd Street Metra Station and is unique in the Chicagoland region as it is wholly Village-owned, master planned, zoned, and primed for development.

• Ninety7Fifty on the Park, a mixed-use building with 295 luxury apartments, retail space, and structured parking
• University of Chicago Medicine Center for Advanced Care, a 4-story medical office building with first floor pharmacy store (CVS)
• Residences of Orland Park Crossing, a 231-unit residential development
• 500+ space public parking structure, with 12,000 sq. ft. of first floor commercial space
