Join us at our free Red, White & Blue BBQ Fest & Parade featuring a community parade, amateur rib cook-off, children's activities, live entertainment, food trucks and a fireworks show.
PARADE/KIDS ACTIVITIES
The parade steps off at 10 a.m. from Jillian Road and Park Station Boulevard and travels along Park Station Boulevard to Centennial Park West.
During the parade, access along Park Station Boulevard will be limited between 10 and 11 a.m. In addition, the northbound lane of Park Station Boulevard will be temporarily closed from 5 - 10 p.m. Times may be adjusted based on event conditions.
Free children's activities will follow the parade at Centennial Park West until 1 p.m. Activities include:
- Crafts
- Bounce houses
- Contests
- DJ

AMATEUR RIB COOK-OFF COMPETITION
Enjoy a variety of rib tastings from our 18 Amateur Rib Cook-Off contestants! The public rib tasting will begin at 3:30 p.m. Tickets sales open at 3 p.m. for $1 per sample/rib (available while supplies last) and include a vote for the People's Choice Award. Cash/credit card and Apple Pay are accepted.
FOOD/DRINK VENDORS
The Orland Park Lions Club will be selling beer, wine and seltzers and on-site food and drink trucks/vendors will be selling a variety of refreshments from 2 - 9:30 p.m. The vendors will highlight a special America250 deal/item in honor of America's 250th Anniversary.

ENTERTAINMENT
Live stage entertainment will feature Cadillac Groove (R&B and Funk) from 2 - 4 p.m. followed by Nashville Nation (Country) from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. and headliner Tramps Like Us (Bruce Springsteen Tribute) from 7 - 9 p.m. The evening closing ceremony and pyro-musical fireworks show is scheduled from 9:15 - 9:30 p.m.
The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago will be distributing 200 free Oak saplings on a first-come, first-served basis.
Enjoy photo ops and meet-and-greets with Patriot the Eagle from World Bird Sanctuary from 5 - 7 p.m.
PARKING
Free parking is available at:
- Centennial Park West parking lot
Free overflow parking is available at:
- 153rd Street Metra station parking lot (10499 W. 153rd Street)
- Centennial Park parking lots (15600 West Avenue)
For the overflow lots, after parking, follow signs west to the Metra underpass and south to the event grounds (approximately 0.4 miles).
ADA Parking: There is reserved parking available in the east section of the Centennial Park West parking lot. Please note: the venue is approximately 0.2 miles from the parking lot.
